Don't waste your time when it comes to exercise; choose the right type of exercise for the amount of time you have available to make sure your are being effective in your approach to fat loss.

To gain the most effective fat loss you should follow the below guidelines when choosing your fitness sessions:

If you attend 1-2 classes a week; you should try Kettlebell Klub and Metabolic Accelerater.

If you attend 3-4 classes a week; you should also include Tuff Girl Training Camp and Boxing Circuit.

If you attend 5-6+ classes a week; you should also include CardioKick, Zumba and Zumba Toning.

By following the above guidelines you will maximise your fat loss goals and see a difference in your body shape. Remember that when trying to achieve fat loss, 70% of the change must come from diet and that exercise alone will not achieve this!
